February 26, 2005 Identifying Trees in Winter Jimmy Walters, a SC State forester, will share clues for identifying leafless trees and those with needles. March 26, 2005 Turtle and More Turtles Mary Lou Jones, former biology and Roper Mt. Science Center teacher, will present an interactive program which will include living turtles. This program is for all ages. You won’t want to miss this one! Meet at the bathhouse at 10:00 AM |

April 23, 2005 Annual Friends Day Celebration Admission to the park is free on this day of celebration. Many of the favorites will return plus some new ones: educational booths and demonstrations, music, math trail hikes, lots of canoes and plenty of food. Definitely fun for all ages. Events run from 11 AM to 5 PM. |
